'Women Who Kick Ass' Panel at SDCC 2014 (x)

i remember the first time my mom first read Harry Potter to me when i was like 7, and in the beginning it said that an old man was on a street called privet drive and he saw a cat and said was like “oh, hey…Professor McGonagall.”

and me and my mom looked at each other like ‘what why is he calling a cat “professor”? better read to find out!’ and that’s how it all started

i’m not a misandrist but i think it’s pretty clear men are unfit for jobs in parliament. i mean, you try to have an intellectual discusscion with them about social issues, and their first instinct is to demand if equal rights means they can punch you. their brains just aren’t wired for talking to people / thinking through problems without using violence. get back to the gym, sweetheart

I think the “women are mysterious” thing can also come from:
1) Women actually being quite clear, but not telling men what they want to hear.  ”She said she doesn’t want to talk to me?  So many mixed messages and confusing signals!”
2) Women not having cheat codes.  ”I tried being nice, and she didn’t have sex with me.  I tried being an asshole, and she didn’t have sex with me.  Come on, there’s got to be some kind of solution to this puzzle!”
3) Women not being a hive mind.  ”First a woman told me that she likes guys with big muscles.  Then the very next day a woman told me she thinks muscles aren’t attractive at all.  Make up your mind, women!”
4) An individual woman doing something confusing, and instead of asking “why is she doing this now?” men ask “why do women always do this?”

Watch it!!! You won’t regret it!!

- I lie through my teeth. You will. When you’re crying on your bedroom floor rocking back and forth and clutching yourself you will regret ever watching anything I ever recommend to you (via captainarlert)

I’ve recently read an article where Kit Harington said he wants to see more male nudity on the show.

I think because he held up so much his feelings about Harry being a champion (okay, Amos and the other hufflepuffs might have been douchebags about that, but that's honestly something to get annoyed for) that he just grasped the first chance he had to get some kind of revenge on Harry? Something like "Yeah, now let's see if you really deserve to be in this Tournament"

well, maybe. i guess that’s a possibility, but i don’t really see cedric as the type for revenge. i see him as trying to be helpful but maybe not wanting to just give away the whole thing, maybe try and let harry figure it out for himself to see if he can.

thanks for your answer, it’s definitely possible!
